Apartment 20 is a residential apartment on the twentieth floor of a tower in the heart of Beirut, designed to balance openness with carefully articulated thresholds.

Solid oak floors and oak paneling with integrated doors define the material palette throughout. At the entrance, a striped oak ceiling that continues along the walls and lower ceiling establishes a subtle threshold before entering the main spaces. A custom brass and reflective glass enclosure surrounds the powder room, acting as a pivot around which the apartment’s circulation unfolds, connecting the living, dining, music, and bedroom areas.

Four bedrooms and expansive living spaces are arranged to maximize daylight and frame views across the port of Beirut. The apartment’s material rigor, spatial clarity, and carefully considered details create an environment that is both warm and contemporary.
